REGISTRATION

Registration for next month's event can be done immediately following the current month's event with cash.  Electronic money transfer, using Zelle or Venmo, may also be done within the 3 weeks prior to the event. If you are unable to utilize these methods of payment, you can make arrangements with the Treasurer to prepay for the year or a specific period of time with a check.

CANCELLATION

Email phxwwga@gmail.com by the Sunday prior to the event to cancel and request your prize fund payment to be carried over to the following month's event.

DO NOT POST SCORES

WWGA members are NOT to post their own scores after each monthly event.  They will be posted for you by the Tournament Committee.

WWGA members are REQUIRED to post their own scores for all other golf played by the Rules of Golf if it was 1) on a rated course, 2) was at least 9 holes, 3) played with someone else.
